Pinnacle Performance 4 All Community Interest Company provides inclusive, accessible and safe places for Every-Body to participate in physical activity, creating amazing exercise experiences for those who may have barriers to exercise, keeping fit and healthy.

Our specialised staff are trained to adapt exercise to meet and support our service users needs. They provide them with the environment, the tools and knowledge to thrive and stay active. Our programmes improve both physical and mental health, enhance social interaction, build trust, reduce anxiety, empower our participants to feel confident in their ability to participate and boost self-esteem, all while respecting the individual's pace and comfort levels.

Specialised 1-2-1 Physical Activity Programmes

We deliver one-to-one physical activity programmes for individuals who have disabilities, are neurodivergent, have medical conditions, or struggle with mental health. These one to one physical activity sessions tailor to each person’s unique needs, abilities, and preferences, in a safe and inclusive environment that encourages engagement and promotes well-being.

Group Physical Activity Programmes

Weekly group physical activity sessions for individuals who have disabilities and/or are neurodivergent to engage in group physical activity. These sessions emphasise a fun element to activity, showcasing that exercise can be fun.

Community Outreach Physical Activity Programmes

Physical activity sessions for individuals who have disabilities and/or are neurodivergent within the community, engaging with existing services/organisations who work with disability groups to deliver physical activity based sessions for their service users

Specialised 1-2-1 Physical Activity Programmes

We have delivered numerous long term one to one sessions with children and adults who have disabilities and/or are neurodivergent to stay active and support with degenerative conditions that without staying active and help building strength may impact overall health and quality of life

Connect The Dots

We have ran two 10 week group physical activity programmes for the service users at Connect The Dots in Thackley/Idle. Every week we delivered something new and fun and focused on game/sport based activities both indoors and outdoors at the local park (weather permitting). Connect The Dots is a daytime activity provider for adults (18+) with learning disabilities and autism who help people with learning disabilities lead happy, independent and fulfilling lives by learning new skills and having fun.

Bradford Down Syndrome Training and Support Service

Every week, we deliver a group gym based physical activity session at Keighley Leisure Centre to the amazing young people at Bradford Down Syndrome Training and Support Service. They offer support and a wide range of training for all parents and professionals working and caring for children with Down syndrome.

Summat Creative

Delivering 40 fun/game based physical activity sessions to people with learning disabilities and who are neurodivergent as part of our Level Up project in collaboration with Summat Creative and their service users.

We delivered a number of fun/game based physical activity sessions for SNOOP (Special Needs Objective Outreach Project) in Bradford. They are a charity offering many services for children and young people with disabilities.

We delivered a number of fun/game based physical activity sessions for Moortime, the short breaks charity during their holiday clubs and Saturday care sessions in Ben Rhydding and Ilkley. They are a charity dedicated to providing fun and exciting respite activities for young people with additional needs, learning disabilities and significant developmental delays.
