Every member irregardless of the membership level receives a basic high standard of support built into the fitness journey.

Our expert, experienced trainers set you up and guide you to achieving your health and fitness goals.

  1. Chose your membership, whether you just want to access the gym, attend the classes or would prefer a bit extra with hiring a personal trainer, 1-2-1 or in small groups

2. Book onto an induction/consultation meeting.

Chat with our expert trainers, create a personalised action plan with what classes to attend, exercises to do and changes to lifestyle that will help you achieve your goals.

3. Start working on your plan

Book your classes, access resources, track your workouts, get fit, look strong and have fun

4. Stay accountable

Check in with the trainers using our apps and group communication tools, review your progress get the results you envisioned

First Visit?

Once you’ve booked your first sessions, aim to arrive at least 15 mins before the class is due to start so we can show you around and get you set up
